Here you will find all the information relating to the transport of goods, right to your home.
We pack your products with the utmost care. They are then sent directly to your address by post (Colissimo according to the weight) or any other means allowing an equivalent service.
We leave it to the customer to check the parcel at the reception, and to indicate properly the reservations on the delivery order of the carrier.
Products are usually shipped within 48 business hours (except Saturday and Sunday) following the payment of the order. Any delay in the payment of the order will affect the delivery time.
We offer a free delivery service directly to your address for Paris intra-muros only, by appointment to be agreed together, from 9:00 to 19:00 6 days/7 (except sunday and holidays).
The price of shipping costs depends on the weight of the order and the shipping method selected (with or without the recipient's signature). We operate exclusively with the services of La Poste, whose rates are adjusted according to their scale in effect on January 1, 2019 and available here: La Poste rates January 2019.
