FDM technology (fused filament fabrication)

ASA is a thermoplastic close to ABS, valued for its UV resistance, weather resistance and reliability in demanding environments. It is suitable for functional prototypes, housings, technical parts and exposed components.

1. Outdoor resistance

ASA plastic keeps strong mechanical properties outdoors and limits UV-related yellowing. It is suitable for parts exposed to light, humidity or temperature changes.

2. Recommended uses

We recommend it for housings, brackets, protective parts, functional test parts and components requiring more durability than PLA. For flexible parts, see also TPU.
