We prepare your products with the greatest care: every project receives dedicated attention at each step of the manufacturing process, from design to packaging. Every order is carefully checked before leaving the workshop.
Despite all our efforts to produce a high-quality project, we cannot control events that may occur between our door and yours. Customers should check the parcel carefully upon receipt and, if necessary, write any reservations clearly and precisely on the carrier delivery note before signing.
Projects are generally produced and shipped within 48 working hours after payment of the order (excluding weekends and public holidays). Depending on our workload, this lead time may be longer. Our quotes always include an estimated production time when the request is made.

Shipping costs include packaging and transport. They depend on the order weight and the delivery option chosen by the customer. Unless requested otherwise, we use La Poste for standard shipments and Chronopost for 24h shipments in mainland France, and UPS or DHL for Europe and worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated precisely when the quote is prepared.
1 - Workshop pickup: available free of charge by appointment at our workshop near Fontainebleau (Transilien Line R - about 45 min from Paris Gare de Lyon).
2 - Express courier 12/24h (Paris & nearby suburbs): for urgent orders, we can offer when possible at the time of the request 12/24h express courier delivery to your address for Paris city center or nearby suburbs only, by appointment from 9:00 to 19:00, 5 days a week (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please allow an additional +€75 excl. VAT for courier delivery.
3 - Postal shipment: standard tracked Colissimo J+2/3 or Chronopost 24h, calculated on our quotes according to your order weight and destination.
